A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, AWARDING A BID TO SAM’S LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE, INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($350,000.00) FOR GROUNDS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SUCH SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

That the City of Dania Beach, Florida awards the bid to Sam’s Landscape Maintenance, Inc., in an amount of $325,728.00 and that funding for the costs of this contract is approved and funded in various Grounds Maintenance account #46-50 within the respective City Department’s approved level of its annual budget appropriations in an amount of $350,000.00.
